Pediatric Orthotics Return Policy

Pediatric Orthotics

Refund and Returns Policy

Because our orthotics are custom-molded to your child's individual foot, our return policy works differently than a typical retail return policy. Here's how it breaks down by product type. We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Reach out for clarification or questions at 602-245-7249.

General Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation)

Important Notes

  • Custom-fitted devices are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return
  • We offer exchanges for defective products at no additional cost
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Non-refundable items include intimate apparel and undergarments

The Mikki Device™

Specific Return Guidelines

The Mikki Device has the following return guidelines:

  • The Mikki Device™ Sever's Solution kit is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date your child receives the orthotics (not the purchase date).
  • To give the device a fair chance to work, we ask that your child wear it consistently for at least 4 weeks. If your child still hasn't experienced relief from Sever's disease symptoms after that trial period and within the 60-day window, contact us to begin a return.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers the lab and custom-molding costs already incurred in producing the device.

Other Orthotics

Standard Return Policy

  • This covers the Andy Device and any other custom orthotic we provide (for sesamoiditis, in-toeing, and similar conditions).
  • Because these devices are custom-molded to your child's foot, and orthotic success depends on many factors outside our control — activity level, how consistently the device is worn, footwear, growth, and any co-existing conditions — we're not able to offer a money-back success guarantee on this category.
  • We do stand behind the craftsmanship of the device itself: any orthotic with a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
  • Outside of a manufacturing defect, custom orthotics in this category are final sale once molded, since they can't be resold or reused for another child.

Bracing Products

Bracing Return Guidelines

  • This covers the Sever's night splint, the toe-walking brace, and similar stock-sized bracing products.
  • Because braces aren't custom-molded, we can offer more flexibility than with custom orthotics:
    • Defects: Any brace with a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no cost.
    • Sizing: If a brace doesn't fit — or the wrong size was ordered — we'll exchange it for the correct size at no additional cost, as long as the brace shows no signs of wear, within the 60-day window after receiving your brace.
