Refund and Returns Policy
We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
General Requirements
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
Important Notes
- Custom-fitted devices are final sale and cannot be returned
- Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return
- We offer exchanges for defective products at no additional cost
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Non-refundable items include intimate apparel and undergarments
Mikki Device
Specific Return Guidelines
The Mikki Device has the following return guidelines:
- Must be returned with all components and original packaging
- Eligible for return within 60 days of purchase
Andy Device
Return Eligibility
- Standard 30-day return window applies
- Must include calibration certificate
- Full refund if returned unused
- Contact support for used device returns
Other Orthotics
Standard Return Policy
- 30-day return window from date of purchase
- Products must be unworn and unmodified
- Original box and all inserts required
- Hygiene products cannot be returned once opened
Bracing Products
Bracing Return Guidelines
- Eligible for return within 45 days of purchase
- Must show no signs of use or wear
- Original straps and packaging required
