Pediatric Orthotics Return Policy

At Pediatric Orthotics, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and reliable. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return guidelines below:

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be returned within 45 days of the original delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in new condition, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • Items must be free of wear, dirt, scuffs, pet hair, or any other signs of use.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Important Notes

  • All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
  • Used or damaged items will be rejected and returned to the customer.
  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and brokerage or restocking fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Size Exchange

Pediatric Orthotics takes pride in customer satisfaction. If a brace does not fit properly, we will exchange the wrong size for the right size – free of charge on the first exchange. Simply contact us and we will make arrangements.
